Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

If you learned anything Major or even Minor in Science, you would recognise that your question "Why don't we talk about American's entry into the Spanish American War and the effect it had on missile defense? " is not so ridicules.

In this world all is interconnected and the present and the future is directly related and connected to the past.

One may wonder about quality of your education.

However, the NYT policy seems to agree with your position. As well as the most common today question: "Why do they hate us?"

If so, then the sooner USA funds are used towards cleaner greener energy development - the sooner the world will BE.
