Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans
for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be
limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI
all over again?

NATO are guilty of the crimes they accuse others of – in an
organism which has no legal substance whatsoever. How the
international community tolerates such a scandalous state of affairs
and apportions to it such a degree of seriousness is ridiculous and
a shame for any country which prides itself on saying that it is a
state of law.

And the US is at the helm of the NATO - by the charter.
What is a polite name for a boss of a mafia gang?

Americans should fix it -- but there are plenty of ugly things
about Russia -- and you should fix them, too.
And, to do it, you have to have your temper, and your moral
indignation, under control.
Would you like, in your heart, to kill some Americans?
Hard to blame you. But, as a practical matter, there are limits
to what you can and should do.
We need accomodations that work.
And perfect justice -- especially the justice of the indignant,
isn't in the cards.

And the US is pushing for the expansion of this criminal
agressive and lowless gang. As any mafia boss would.
Justification - "security" and "prosperity";)
What would the Al Capone say? (in Italian of cause;)

Whan I was a Soviet Citizen I was concerned about Soviet crimes
and misdeeds.
Now I live here in US.
May be that is the biggest American problem - they are all over
to "fix" someone else's problems.
I suggest looking into the mirror every time before such a
temptation take place.

A quote I like from Al Capone is as follows:
"You can get more with a kind word, and a gun,
than you can with a kind word alone."
That's true enough. And nation states live at that level, in a
sense.
We need things in balance.
And nobody would trust the Russians, with great power in their
hands, any more than they'd trust the Americans.
