Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

It isn't a popularity contest -- national defense depends on getting right answers.

When the Bush administration asks for large resources, and messes up security relations, for projects it knows or ought to know cannot possibly work that's serious.
