Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

Though concerns about memory and "lying" are subject to context, this seems fair comment http://www.nytimes.com/2001/04/28/opinion/L28KERR.html . One can be at least as concerned about the MANY people who actively and knowingly helped Kerrey along by falsification, and the many people who, directly and indirectly, let it happen.
