Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

And we are talking about the most prosperous and powerfull "democracy" on Earth, the only remaining Superpower fearful to admit its recent "mistakes". But, at the same time, demanding the full disclosure and openness from everybody else, no matter the damage it can cause. Or, may be, precisely because of the damage it suppose to cause?

You shouldn't imitate our bad example. It is in your interest to set a better example. I'll respond carefully to the issue you raise -- about American styles of corruption. Truth is your best chance -- and ours, as well.
