    Missile Defense

Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a "Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense initiatives more successful? Can such an application of science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable, necessary or impossible?

Read Debates, a new Web-only feature culled from Readers' Opinions, published every Thursday.

600 disks. ahahahahaha.
Mail me 600 disks. I will make sure they get to the right people. You have my word.

Showalter - MD-wise, there are only two people in Westminster - Tony and Jack

Walk around and see for yourself
http://politics.guardian.co.uk/westminster/story/0,9134,536693,00.html

ComData thought a disc might be of value - Tony or Jack could replicate them for the London Guys.

Mr Waddington of England his quite a card.

Take the four suites and link them to Showalter philosophy:

There are:

    13 hearts for love
    Negotatiated win-win | peace | vision - future
    13 diamonds for wealth creation
    Economic solution(s)
    13 clubs for defence
deflect | 'Green' defence | Enlightenment
    13 Spades for death
[Middle English differren, to postpone, differ.]

Can we do a better job of finding truth? YES. Click "rshow55" for some things Lchic and I have done and worked for on this thread.

The card idea is beautiful! I'll sleep on it, work on it!

When a "card" is played that hits its mark - the shills come out -- in spades:

6061 lunarchick 11/21/02 6:59pm included this:

" The Estb-Religions in the Muslim world collect funds - gifts, bequests, endowments etc..

" In the ME the black gold has to be their source of funding.

" Yet when religion gets off-beat, develish, and whacko .... to the point where it 'bites the hand that feeds'

" then the clerics and factions have lost touch with their own reality!

" The question for countries such as Saudi is --

" If they can't act responsibly as the guardians of the black gold - should other more responsible guardians be installed.

" There has been no/little condemnation of Terrorist activity by the guardians of black gold ... begging the question ... do they condone terror ... Fisk suggests they may be sheilding the world's most negatively-wanted man - are they?

" If they are - then what does America intend to do about it ...

" The guy has destruction and mayhem on his mind ... dark injurous scenarios ... to be played out and suffered by 'others' - elsewhere

" So what does the civilized world intend to do to put an end to him, to negativity, to inhumaine suffering ... and to his actions that have steeply inclined each nation's 'cost of living' ...

" Pity Gisterme's not around to comment here ...

and thereafter, wordspayy went on an amazing diversionary spree , aided by bback - with more than 30 postings in a few hours.

A big professional reaction. Diversion - emphatically done - by people who thought the thread mattered.

As I believe it does.

One could look at
Oct 30: 5380-81 rshow55 10/30/02 11:34am
Oct 31: 5409 rshow55 10/31/02 12:19pm
Nov 1: 5437 rshow55 11/1/02 8:40am
Nov 1: 5441-2 rshow55 11/1/02 12:23pm
and some other postings, and think that the MD forum may have been influential and useful in the discourse about Iraq at the United Nations.

Enough so that when good ideas get set out by lunarchick - - they get attended to.

ahahaha.
I have received the disks and I am transcribing them at this time.
I will begin faxing the vital pieces parts to various important people as soon as the transcribing task is completed.
bback. - out.
