Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a
nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a
"Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed
considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense
initiatives more successful? Can such an application of
science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable,
necessary or impossible?

If Putin asks George Bush the straight questions -- "do you
file as gisterme ? " - the response might be "indirect"
- but with more than 700 postings by gisterme - - Putin
can get some very good statistical judgements. Though I don't
credit the President with all of them - - some, I believe -
are of such high academic quality that Rice deserves credit
for them.

When right answers really count, they have to "connect the
dots" ( MD1055 rshow55

check those patterns

this forum and you attempted to say I was Bill Clinton-in fact
you made like 25 different posts with a hundred or so links
trying to tell everybody I was Bill Clinton...You made it all
so detailed, with links for each post-quite a work of
effort...
You a moron with a mental condition!!

MD2631 cites MD262, which includes this:
"I'm thinking that a very few simple things,
not embarrassing, not expensive, not difficult, would be
good to do now. If some journalists could hear some
recordings -- one from last week, between me and the C.I.A.
- which NYT could get to if it wished -- and another that
I'm guessing exists of a meeting between me and a trusted
officer of the University of Wisconsin, Madison - - that
could set things up for some graceful, simple steps."
Gisterme responded in MD2633 gisterme
6/20/02 3:05am and the response was especially interesting
in light of the statistical argument about gisterme's interest
embodied in postings MD2574-2590 rshow55

Look at them and sample them for yourself.
Putin should ask simple, direct questions - and see that
some simple things are checked.
