    Missile Defense

Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a "Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense initiatives more successful? Can such an application of science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable, necessary or impossible?

Re Iraq

What is the response to the Bush-Questionnaire that's potentially circulating ...

Qu 1000$ "As an Iraqi are you happy to be bombed"
Yes / No

BUSH pressConf says

    "I'm for PEACE!" GWB

Is that true?
Did he read it off a page?
Are 'his father', JohnMajor, Chenney, Rummy et al concerned re their stocks with Carlyle &/or Military investments
Did Powell - or this board - or someone|thing get to Bush
Did 'peace' come to him in a dream
Does he know what the word 'peace' implies
Did he 'read the lips' of a dove of peace?
Will he forget he said this in the New Year and then bomb Iraq?
