Science
Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a
nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a
"Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed
considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense
initiatives more successful? Can such an application of
science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable,
necessary or impossible?

Look, why don't you check then, okay? Jeez! Hire a frigging
private eye and track me down. I'm listed in the frigging
phone book!
BTW nothing in any of my posts would lead any reasonable
person to the conclusion that I am the notable author and
science journalist George Johnson or anybody else. That's you
over-active and paranoiac imagination leading you down dark
and twisted paths, Bob. And Patrick Gunkel? Good Christ, man,
he lives in Woods Hole, MA, and you can visit his website at
MIT and see his frigging picture. He doesn't look a thing like
George Johnson, and neither do I, nor does the good gentleman
Lou Mazza, who lives in Texas. I don't know where kaulter
lives, but I'd wager he doesn't look like George Johnson,
either.
Take a pill, Show. Seek help.

I deleted the frigging posts because I thought they were
too harsh on you. I didn't want to be ungentlemanly.
I really am shocked at how far you've gone down the road
toward true nuttiness, Bob. Please seek help.

"These postings represent serious effort on
"wrcooper"'s part, and are neither casual nor honest.
Now do you see why I made fun of you? I don't like being
called a liar. I should take the source into consideration,
though. A psychologically disturbed individual like yourself
shouldn't provoke anger, only pity.

Katter's raunchy posting on Mandella ...
can't believe moniker 'he she or it' doesn't know off the
top of 'his her it's' head as to where Mandella's creative
stroke of genius lies .... Come on -- think -- why is the
name 'Nelson Mandella' the most widely known name in the
whole world ---
Hey, Monichic......you can't even spell my name
right......much less NELSON MANDELA.
...he did something people approved of ---
what did he do?
Uhhh......he shook hands with Castro...embraced Quadaffy???
Pleeeaaase don't keep us in suspense...(groan)...what did
he do???

Mandella rhymes nicely with 'fella' Man-dela - fela
(not quite the same)
Katter with 'scatter' less kalter - more 'brain'
The task was for 'you' I won't put you to shame!
So - why did the world appreciate Nelson Mandela?!
