Science
Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a
nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a
"Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed
considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense
initiatives more successful? Can such an application of
science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable,
necessary or impossible?

Bill Casey
The William J. Casey Institute of the Center for
Security Policy was formally launched on 13 March 1996 with
the mission of exploring the nexus between international
financial, energy, trade and technology flows and
traditional U.S. national security policy concerns.

the Institute's Chairman, Hon. Roger W. Robinson, Jr. Mr.
Robinson's background is ideally suited to his present
responsibilities: During the Reagan Administration he served
as Senior Director of International Economic Affairs at the
National Security Council, where he worked closely with Bill
Casey in formulating the policies that helped
destroy the Soviet Union.

Interesting use of the word destroy.
Why was it necessary to think in terms of 'destruction'
rather than transformative joint co-operation?

You speak of rights but where, I repeat, where is it
written that you have the right to ignore and trample mine.
Who do you think you are? King of the Universe? Maybe Kate
Winslet will have you in the back seat of that car but your
still going down with the Titanic.
Reading issues, management and decisions processes have
little to do with the question of this forum. That's my
opinion. You differ, that's your opinion. Go away and blow you
bubbles elsewhere. I had enough of that when my daughter was
six months old. Its cute and infantile. Heck I don't even know
if you smile.

The scientific status of the labour theory of value /
Cockshot Cotterall 1977 http://www.wfu.edu/~cottrell/eea97.pdf
Are people paid what they are worth - per unit of output -
or otherwise ... Where do BushMediaHacks sit ?
Can Congress make the request to KNOW how BUSH pays all
his MediaHacks to sit on the threads of the NYT and the
Guardian posting idiotic comment!
Is 'the poster' worth his salt ...
or does 'the poster' actually have such a negative value on
the working of the USA economy that he ought really to be
paying to post ?!
If 'the poster' is paid by the CIA - then it's time
CONGRESS reduced that agency budgetarily!
