    Missile Defense

Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a "Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense initiatives more successful? Can such an application of science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable, necessary or impossible?

Read Debates, a new Web-only feature culled from Readers' Opinions, published every Thursday.

Can we do a better job of finding truth? YES. Click "rshow55" for some things Lchic and I have done and worked for on this thread.

If my security problems were sorted out so that I could work - I'd be off this thread and working.

Under the current situation - it seems to me that I'm doing what I have to do - for myself - and in terms of my obligations.

Gisterme,

NEW MATH:

6billion dots (A) minus 300million dots (B) is 5.7billion dots (C).

Given that ALL dots are created equally (Abraham Linkdotz), if B rules C by coralling 80% of all world energy stocks then C is going to revolt & eventually, after R% attrition, .0R*6billion dots will rule .0R*6billion dots. In other words and by any other language 'E PLURIDOT UNUM'.

The relevant equation is:

(X):B/A >>> REVOLT<missile shields >>> .0R*A/A.

An alternative procedure for this inevitable evolution of dots is:

(Y):B/A >>> KAEP>time.... >>> A/A.

The point is, you can only have X or Y. What's your pleasure?

Fred -

Heh, heh. Nice try. Say someting that means something.

Where do the other 5.7 billion come from?

"...If the world were synchronised to work in harmony ... then taxation revenues, world wide, could be used for people-betterment."

If the world were synchronized to work in harmony...then we wouldn't need taxation revenues.

TRUTH outs ultimately : TRUTH has to be morally forcing : build on TRUTH it's a strong foundation

That's a leading question .... 15078

Gisterme asked me what i thought of these lines --- it got me thinking 600+ in Cuba

S/he'll tell you it's the only way to be
    S/he just can't be chained
To a life where nothing's gained
    And nothing's lost
    At such a cost"
It got me thinking of innocent people who are locked away ... and the key's been thrown.

-------

It got me thinking that there are people who're getting frustrated at the filler-packing posts that appear on the thread to dislocate continuity and coherence.

-------

It got me thinking that a lot of people look-in, but don't join-in.

-------

It got me thinking that all those raw recruitables who consider working in their government 'knowledge' departments ... will be thinking twice.

It got me thinking that those doing so who are abandoned, are left without a work history, and that isn't helpful in the status-zone stakes.

-----

It got me wondering about the level of thought and understanding of some in positions of power --- do they themselves see the issues clearly?

-----

It got me thinking that if Showalter worked for his country for a substantial block of years --- and his country hasn't the guts to put it's hand up and say 'Yes he did' ... then again the government workers - reading this thread will also be frustrated that someone they CAN identify with is being treated dismissively.

-----

What do you think Gisterme - can you empathise with Showalter's position ... don't you think he should be freed up to live!?

You'd still need taxation - - for basic reasons.

----

Gisterme the US spends almost 100% of incoming taxes on military-simplex .... but not quite!
