    Missile Defense

Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's war and defense efforts. What is "cheating" to people they disagree with?

What is "cheating" to people they are in conflict with?

People aren't nearly as clear on this as they ought to be about this. Here is an area, strange as it seems, where people lack empathy - and need to develop some. So that they can find ways - when it is possible - to "stop cheating" from the point of view of others - when it matters enough to be worth the trouble. These days, when things are going wrong, it often matters enough.

Am I cheating? I'm trying to find workable ways to avoid doing so - while being effective.
