Science
Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a
nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a
"Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed
considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense
initiatives more successful? Can such an application of
science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable,
necessary or impossible?

truth? YES. Click "rshow55" for some things Lchic and I have
done and worked for on this thread.
Here are other links that cite deputy Hadley.

I thought then, and think now, that Bush and his top
people, definitely including Hadley, are responsible for
right answers.
If Hadley got the communication from Tenet that he now
says, and didn't convey the substance of that communication to
Rice - that's an outrage.
White House Official Apologizes for Role in Uranium
Claim By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS http://www.nytimes.com/2003/07/22/international/worldspecial/22CND-HADLEY.html
I don't see how that could have happened. Rice and Hadley
are both too competent to have that happen "by mistake.

"...Gisterme , I didn't come to the conclusion that you
were Bush quickly - and maybe I jumped to an incorrect
conclusion..."
You certainly did.
"...My early judgements were more guarded, and they were
repeated..."
Right. Your early judgement was that I was Condoleeza Rice.
You were certain of that for at least a year. :-)
".... . that gisterme , who has posted so extensively on
this thread, could not have done so, without the knowledge and
backing of the very highest levels of the Bush administration,
including Rice , Rumsfeld , Armitage , Wolfowitz , Hadley ,
and their bosses..."
And again I ask, why not? I certainly have done so.
As I said, all I have to do is pay my ISP bill every month and
I can say whatever I want. After all, this is America.
I've never met any of those people you listed and they can't
know me any better than you do even if they did follow
this forum. That means that whatever the foundations of your
conclusion are, Robert, they are false. You just don't seem
able to face that fact. Oh well. Having a good grip on reality
doesn't seem to be your strong suit.
Another thing I'll say again, that I've said several times
before and that jorian was kind enough to repeat on his own
today, is that government officials at the level that you're
talking about have better things to do than screw around with
web forums. As hard as that is for you to face, Robert, you
should get used to the idea. You, I, or anybody else who posts
on this forum do not have any influence over the decision
making of government officials. They have important
stuff to do. I can't imagine that sifting through our rambles
couild possibly fall into that category.
So get over yourself, Robert. :-)

Looks like the "rooting out" in Iraq has been going pretty
well. The world is now minus two monsters. I say, good
riddance.
It's only a matter of time until Saddam and Ben Laden meet
a similar fate. Whether that's a short time or a long time,
their end is inevetable. They will get what they deserve.
