Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a
nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a
"Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed
considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense
initiatives more successful? Can such an application of
science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable,
necessary or impossible?

According to the indirect standards of this
board, jorian's 12072 http://forums.nytimes.com/webin/WebX?8@13.p2cAbVLsbd5.2595596@.f28e622/13697
was a major statement of concern...
Can you say "joke", Robert? Apparently not. You're in no
danger from any agency, and neither is lchick, because what
you're doing here is of NO CONSEQUENCE!
You do have a lot of nerve to try to impugn my honesty and
integrity on this board, especially compared to that of
alarmist, who's insidious misrepresentations are exposed as an
example in my post above. That you would try to discredit me
probably reveals a dishonest agenda, but with your manifest
impotence to execute it, the most threatening response you're
going to garner is "SO WHAT?"

truth? YES. Click "rshow55" for some things Lchic and I have
done and worked for on this thread.
I had a sense, on issues related to this, and some other
things - that people regarded this board as consequential.

More "jokes" - which some might think threatening - and
some, knowing details, might know to be threatening, from

Partner, use your discretion, but so far as
I'm concerned, you can tell them anything at all that is
true about me, and show them any notes or messages you may
have. They've already got most of it anyway. Keep track of
what you give them, though, and keep copies. Keep your
friends posted.
When I was being harassed, I just went right
up to the people conspicuously observing me, and talked to
them, making sure I could see their faces, and record
details.
If they wanted to kill you - they'd just do
it.

I will say it again ITS PRUDENT FOR THEM

TALKING ABOUT KILLING ME!!!!

I'm doing my duty. Jorian319 , I think you should be
ashamed of yourself - and the people who trust you and respect
you . . . maybe shouldn't.
I stand by everything I've said.

The IDEOLOGY is the precursor to DOGMA is the
precursor to LIE.
The excessive POWER is precursor to ARROGANCE,
IGNORANCE and CORRUPTION.
The IMMORALITY is precursor to CONFORMISM.
The WEAKNESS is precursor to
AGRESSIVENES.
The CHRISTIAN WEST acheved ALL of the ABOVE to the
MAX.
JUST WAIT TILL THE LESSON IS LEARNED BY THE REST OF THE
WORLD.

U.S. forces in Iraq say they will take steps to deal with a
rising wave of attacks, which they blame on groups still loyal
to the Saddam Hussein regime. - http://www.voanews.com/article.cfm?objectID=E2A5E619-16AB-447E-A4E5B44E21F0E411
As far as we know at that time in IRAQ there is no Saddam
Hussein, nor his Regime, nor the promised WMD or Al-Quida.
Wonder what British where saying at a time of their
colonial rule over Iraq in response to attacks against them?

Too many unpleasant questions on Iraq? Just start the next
"humanitarian war"!

After Iraq who would ask any unpleasent questions about
Afganistan?
After the next "enemy of our values" who would remember
Iraq?
