Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans
for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be
limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI
all over again?

.. by showing the world what it has to deal with ..
sounds as if the world, additional to myself, don't know much
about the new 'mystery' president .. the electors were suprised, the
world has been astounded ... the New P is an oil and armaments man
.. runs his fathers share portfolio agenda .. to understand Bwsh
perhaps it is necessary to understand his father ... who are these
Bush-Bwshes ... know of two in the Bush .. how will the world keep
them 'in-hand' :)
