Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

It is technically (and, in my view) humanly feasible now to get rid of nuclear weapons, and reorganize some things so that the world is considerably safer, and, in the ways that matter most to most people, much more free.

It will take work and care.
