Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's
war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a "Star Wars"
defense system, has technology changed considerably enough to make
the latest Missile Defense initiatives more successful? Can such an
application of science be successful? Is a militarized space
inevitable, necessary or impossible?

IDENBADE,
As usual you tight-ass religious, conservative, christian,
Republican/Libertarian, anti-American greed heads have everything
ass-backwards.
You cannot fight a military war against terrorism, or poverty, or
drugs. Military wars can only be fought state - to - state. ...The
country, Afghanistan did NOT attack us. The war lords Taliban, who
were armed, trained and financed by the U.S. and the Saudis, are
protecting bin-Laden, so the most powerful military in history
attacks probably the most war devastated country on earth, some of
whose people are starving to death at this moment.
That bin-Laden will be captured and killed is a foregone
conclusion. The only thing W fears is a living bin-Laden. A bin-
laden who can & will talk. TRUTH is what you conservative
christians truly fear.
Meanwhile the Bush christian administration will continue its
invasion of our privacy rights, while his daddy X-pres Bush
continues his lucrative association with the Carlyle group who does
business with the bin-Laden family who are suspected of aiding
"terrorism" world wide.

Good guy,
1st) Safeguardring the nation: Bill Clinton did nothing either
but President Reagan brought down the USSR.
Reagan brought down nothing but scorn and shame on the U.S. while
his policies tripled the national debt. ...Communism is a failed
political entity and finally fell of its own weight. Reagan just
happened to be in office at the time.
2nd) Fighting terrorism: Bill Clinton cut the CIA, NSA, FBI
budgets so deeply that it is no wonder this happened!
If you think 9/11 happened BECAUSE Clinton "cut the CIA, NSA, FBI
budgets" ...You are one sick, sick puppy.
3rd) Improving the economy: According to Mr. Allen Greenspan the
economy was headed for a rescission in the last term of Bill
Clintons presidency!
Mr. Greenspan's opinions have absolutely nothing what so ever to
do with the fact that: THE REAGAN BUSH REPUBLICAN ADMINISTRATION
QUADRUPLED OUR NATIONAL DEBT IN ONLY 12 YEARS! ...Comprende
El-Stupido!
You might fit in better in Cuba and or China, why don't you move?
There is lots of Bush bashing going on there!
You clueless super-patriots disgust me. You still haven't figured
out that for a free country to remain free, dissent MUST be allowed,
and should be encouraged. But what more can we expect from a
creature whose cranial cavity is crammed solid with swine offal.
When our holy-rolling-speaking-in-tongues AG Asscraft said that
to publicly disagree with his draconian Constitution bashing
policies was helping terrorism, he showed his true colors as a
fascist who is violating the very basic spirit of MY Constitution,
that he swore to uphold. ...Christianity, bah-humbug.

Good Guy,
You are one dumb Fuc* and like most Liberals you make way to many
assumptions and can not back any thing up with facts.
I am NOT "christian"! I am of the Islamic faith.
Go live in Cuba or China you will have a hardy life there. All of
your liberal dogma is preached and practice in those countries. I
guess you never read the US constitution either. Most of the liberal
dogma violates it.
Your garbage is not even worth responding to because it is just
so full of BS. When you get your head out of your a** and starting
thinking clearly then I will respond to you. Reagan did not bring
down the USSR... RLMAOROTF HAHAHAHAHA The Russians don't seem to
agree with you either. BTW- I am from Egypt and my with is from
Russia. Have you ever been to either country? I seriously don't
think so because if you have you would not be talking like an a**!

I am not being "ruled"! 4 years is hardly ruling! Being ruled is
something that goes on in my home land.
So you would be content with Al Gore who Bill Clinton said would
do great harm to America?
I'd rather have an idiot in office for 4 years then Al Gore for 4
years.
(I don't agree Bush is an idiot either)
